Fathers should have never been taken out the life of our precious children in America. Well known gender discrimination in the national Family Court system has promoted parental alienation causing more harm to children now than ever in history. It is a child’s birthright by dna to be raised and have knowledge of both mother and father but this equal right is shockingly being denied by the court to fathers despite studies showing that equal parenting is best for child development. 

Currently teen depression, drug use, suicide, pregnancy, and dropout rate is at a all time high. The Family Court system awards majority custody and visitation rights to women denying equal rights to fathers, at an alarming rate of 83% of all custody cases in the country. The father can have no child abuse history, drug history, or domestic violence history and still be denied equal custody and visitation time. This is Wrong!

Grandparents, stepparents, siblings, cousins, aunts and uncles on the fathers side, all suffer and are cut out when a child is denied equal access to their own Dad. Family Court attorneys and judges have feasted on the hard  earned money of citizens, with cases that can drag on 18 years costing hundreds of thousands of dollars, with equal custody and visitation still never being granted. This is unjust and cruel! Parental Alienation is now a proven form of child abuse and the courts are a main cause. 

It is time for the President, US Government, and Family Court to stop allowing discrimination against fathers to exist in our justice system. This is a petition demanding equal rights to custody and visitation for good fathers from birth. No more treating innocent children and men like they are guilty of a crime  and forcing them into a life alienated from each other. Children need their fathers, and fathers need their children.
