We have a serious problem of hate here in our country and we allow it to continue. Well it is now time to take a stand and show that this behavior and ideology is disgusting and will no longer be tolerated in our country. Many do not see this as an issue but it absolutely is. We as country seem to have no shame about our genocidal and racist past let alone current racial inequality and issues. By doing nothing we condone this behavior and as how it is acceptable to feel this way and act this way and cause pain and hurt to others because of this appalling ideology. Well now let’s do something about it. I propose that we permanently ban all hate symbols such as swatzikas,confederate flags etc. and we ban all hate organizations such as the KKK and list any and all hate organizations as terrorist organizations and make it a criminal offense. Germany has banned swatzikas and nazi/hitler related symbols and show that they are ashamed of their hateful and disgusting past. Meanwhile here in the United States we sit idly by as these symbols are flaunted Nationwide and these organizations are hurting people while nothing happens. We have a true lack of leadership and integrity in the White House and he has done nothing since his campaign before getting into office but entice these symbols and behaviors and urge them on to “Make America Great Again”. America will be great when we truly do something to Unite as One People. This is the first huge step in that direction.
