"It should be a  pre-emptive Law to protect all homeowners nationwide against Illegal's Foreclosures", Enough is Enough. Third party Companies had and keep abusing of the Homeowners  when they Initiated  foreclosures using null and void Documents to steal Homeowners Houses These third parties companies without the Legal Authority get away with their crimes  misrepresenting  the Ghost  Beneficiary/Investor,  95% of the Foreclosures Nationwide are illegals, at this present time our Authorities, Law Makers, Representatives including our State  and Federal Agencies do little or nothing to assist any homeowner facing these illegal's foreclosures. Our Authorities and those agencies have Failed us in Uphold the Law to protect nationwide Homeowners, These Agencies has fined several Financial Institutions in the last 10 years for violations done however  these financial companies still doing these violations "business as usual", There was not equitable Financial Aid for Homeowners who lost their Homes due to the illegal's foreclosures. These financial companies without the legal authority still stealing homeowners houses up to date Our Authorities need to Step in.
