Most of us watch television and from what I've heard we all experience this explosion of sound when certain commercials come on. This is unnecessary abuse and shouldn't be allowed in a true democracy. Current law states that commercials can't be louder than the loudest point of any show. Advertisers abuse this law by taking the loudest point of a show (ie. an explosion from 24) and make every second of their commercial that loud. It is a "loophole" that needs to be closed, there is no need for it. Stop the Madness.
