Since the Pandemic, the Glover Park residential area has had poor postal carrier service.  Complaints have been filed which result in retaliation by the carriers to create even worst service.  Examples are, Letter Delivery only once a week, either Thursday or Fridays.  30% of the informed delivery mail expected is delivered on average, the other 70% is lost and never delivered.  When the mail is delivered, correctly addressed pieces are delivered to the wrong addresses causing our neighborhood to redeliver the pieces to the correct address.  Worst case is opened parcels being delivered to the wrong address which is then redelivered by the citizens to the intended recipient (a method used by convicted postal carriers of stealing post).  Currently, after complaining to the postal service, we have not received any mail at the buildings mentioned in the complaint for over 2 weeks.  We watch our informed delivery pile up, but no pieces delivered.  We are done with this criminal neglect and Gross Dereliction of duty. Either remove the carrier's and their supervisors responsible or step down as the postmaster!
