PTF are career employees who are part-time, we are only guaranteed 2 hours and no holiday pay. Whereas PSE are non career and guaranteed 4 hours and they get holiday pay. So it dont make sense why there isn't a stepping ladder, in other words PTF should be promoted to fulltime and the PSE should be converted to part-time. So please help me to address this issue with our union who doesn't see the problem with this current situation, pse being promoted to fulltime and ptf being promoted to part-time.
