We the people of El Paso TX call for the resignation of Representatives Veronica Escobar for violating provisions of the Title 8, U.S.C 1324 undermining the rule of law by encouraging/inducing aliens to come, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry or residence is or will be in violation of law. 

Conspiracy/Aiding or Abetting subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(v) expressly makes it an offense to engage in a conspiracy to commit or aid or abet the commission of the foregoing offenses. 

She has since elected put the interest of non-citizens over those of American citizens. We hereby request that the United States House of Representatives commence the expulsion of Ms. Escobar from Congress if she chooses not to resign immediately.

I am a candidate for United States House of Representatives for the 16th District of Texas 2020. If we cannot get her to resign or Congress to expel her. I will with your support defeat her in 2020 and return the TX 16th CD to the people of El Paso. I need you help to spread the word about Ms. Escobar’s anti-American activities and disregard for the laws of the United States.
