Remove the ban on non-violent marijuana offenders from visiting the U.S.A.

Myles Wilkinson, a Vancouver B.C. resident was denied access to the super bowl in New Orleans after it was discovered he had a marijuana conviction from 32 years ago (when he was 19).

With two states in America legalizing recreational use of marijuana, as well as the fact the majority of Americans supporting legalization of marijuana for medicinal/recreational purposes ( http://www.reuters.com/article/2012/12/05/us-usa-marijuana-poll-idUSBRE8B40EG20121205 ) AS WELL as the fact that the U.S. Health and Human Services Department holds patent for medical use of cannabinoids (https://sites.google.com/site/6630507/home), we should remove the ban on allowing citizens of other countries with minor, non-violent possession charges from entering into our wonderful country.
