HOW MUCH IS MY WIFE'S OR MY SON'S AND MY LIFE WORTH WE ARE ALL HIGH RISK OR HOW MUCH ARE MY OTHER 2 HEALTHY CHILDREN'S LIFE WORTH IF THEY WERE TO DIE BECAUSE I GET COVID IN THIS OFFICE SINCE ITS NOT CLOSE TO UNDER CONTROL AND HALF OF MY CO-WORKERS HAVE BEEN EXPOSED THIS WEEK AND STILL IN OFFICE??

I'm signing this again because the problem is still ongoing. Spectrum employees are being forced to work in the office again rather than work safely from home. They will be fired if they do not come in the office. Again, Spectrum Noc Austin along with other locations are forcing employees to work in the office. HR, managers, executives, Tom rutledge refuses to let up on employees even though some employees are high risk, family members are high risk and some family members work in the medical field who have direct contact with covid patients. Something must be done. We can not let corporate greed win at the expense of our lives. This has to stop!

Charter is once again forcing their employees to return to the office even though they are perfectly capable of working from the safety of their own home! This is wrong and a classic example of corporate greed. I bet executives and the CEO are safe somewhere other than the office. How smart of them to risk the very employees that keep their company going! And HR is also perfectly ok with this.

Call Center Employees can be built in to a Q to be able to work from home.
I know there’s work, time, costs, however it’s crucial to be home, safe, still provide customers the help they need.

I work for Spectrum and I do not need to be working in the office. Because I am, I am exposing my children to the virus.

Spectrum is for the birds !! They care nothing about their customers it’s all about that dollar!! They say they can’t do this or can’t do that but they can threaten to cut your service

I work for spectrum my brother passed away from this virus and I tried to use covid pay to take some time off but was ineligible because I wasn't infected with the virus or had covid like symptoms

I work for Charter as a Tier 3 Agent in Mobile here in Kansas City and I too asked about the Covid-19 because I have Fibromyalia, Lupus & Asthma. When I quested my locale HR manager Maggie Cromley I was told she would get back to me this was March 20th on March 24 I was supsend then on March 27 I was told I was being termiated for a diffent reason but I do believe it is all because of my health and my questions about still having to go in to the office when my job could of been done from home. I also included Mark.Akason the vise president, William.Lovetinsky the director, And Kathleen Mayo over customer service but the reason they say they fired me isnt even a part of our policy, process and was never written as anything in our job. But I dont have a job so... I agree they do not care about us.

Call centers are breeding grounds for sicknesses before the virus. Theres no reason they should not have work from home opportunities when online pharmacies have reps working from home.
