I wasn't sure what tags to put this under but it is a federal issue that affects all of America. I think women, transgender men who are post op and anyone else with breasts should be allowed to go topless in public without penalty. It is unfair and frankly very sexist saying that cis men are the only ones able to go shirtless. People showing breasts should not be illegal just because it's sexualized. Breasts aren't even a sexual body part. It should be normalized that anybody, despite their gender assigned at birth, should be allowed to go shirtless. If we make it so that everyone is equal, then we wouldent have to worry about all this, I hope all this is resolved by the time I turn 18. Also, all of this is coming from a transgender man who feels discriminated against and hated against because I'm not allowed to walk around without a shirt. Fix it not.
