Our family has been faced with the tragic lose of our healthy Newborn baby Nova Charles-Mitchell Branch due to the admission of medical misconduct in the presence of other professionals, the patient, and my family by MD Jeanette Voice . After our fatal loss the facilities, the physicians and supporting staff has done nothing to investigate or report the Physician who admitted to medial misconduct in a room full of family, healthcare professionals, and ourselves. After that we repeatedly voiced to the facilities about this but they Retaliated against my family by discriminatory acts, information, and notices.  Instead of investigating reporting my claims which they are required to do by law. Please help us get justice for our baby boy and remove the healthcare professionals that was responsible, open investigation into the facilities there are responsible.
