The US government LOST nearly 1,500 immigrant children in three months!
0 have signed. Let’s get to 2,500!
1,475 (19%) of the 7,635 immigrant children who were separated from their parents and families and resettled into sponsor families in the last three months of 2017 are missing- but the Office for Refugee Resettlement and the Administration for Children and Families (parts of the US Department of Health and Human Services) claim they are not legally at fault, because after they give the children to sponsor families, the kids are technically not their legal responsibility anymore.
Many of these innocent children have been forcibly separated from their families to be taken by the US government and now they could be victims of human trafficking, and other horrors.
Tell the US Department of Health and Human Services that they have a responsibility to keep these children safe! It is unacceptable for the government to just simply lose 1,500 young, innocent, and vulnerable people- something must be done!
