My Husband and I are going through so much presently due to our daughter being taken from us by Child Protective Services and the Social Services Department out of Benton County MN. I had a TPR in 2014 and because of that I was having too work with the county and follow a plan that they had set up in order for me to show them that I've changed and I'm able to care for my new child. So I did all that they asked I even went beyond what they asked me to do and did above and beyond to show them that I was different, ready, and able to care for my new baby girl. They said that everything was going well and that they weren't planning on taking her from us we just had to continue to follow the plan they had in place. Then with no warning and no reason the day after she was born they ( CPS and Benton Cty Social Services (Along With Several Officer's) came to the hospital and at that time they placed a law enforcement hold on our baby girl, my Doctor wasn't informed about what was going on until after it was already done (my Doctor was very upset about the whole situation). We are and we have been fighting to get her back since this first started. When this happened they placed her in foster care even though I my had a safety plan just in case this occurred for our daughter to be placed with my biological mother who is already a licesnced foster care provider in/for that County  and our daughter should have been placed with her immediately but she wasn't.

We are trying to raise awareness for and to bring attention to the corruption in the Child Protective Services (CPS) and Social Services Departments Throughout All Of Minnesota. We are also trying to gain insight on how to challenge the unjust removal of a child/children from his or her/their parents.
