Being a Healthcare worker during the pandemic has been nothing less than exhausting both physically and mentally. It seems as though there is no end in sight most days. I am petitioning to waive the nursing license fees for the next 10 years for those of us working during the pandemic. In most states, it's just around $100 every 1- 2 years for LPNs and RNs to renew licenses. My hope is that we will get this small bit of relief/compensation in return for serving our communities.
