The corana virus or COVID-19 bought a huge change in our society. A lot of people has lost thier job, businesses were affected and most of all, the COVID-19 made a big change in how we live everyday. The statements above are just one of the examples how COVID-19 pandemic has affected us, but one of the very big change this pandemic has bought is how our education works.

Last March 2020, the president has issued a lock down/enhance community quarantine to lessen the spreading of virus, this health protocol forced the department of education to create a new way to teach the students, and that is online/modular learning. However, this new way of learning made a big impact on the students mental health, and the department of education was not fazed or not doing anything to address this issue.

It is found that mental health problems can affect a students energy level, concentration, dependability, mental ability, and optimism, and hindering performance of the students. Students have lost social outlets as well as the learning environment they were accustomed to. Answering thier module elevated thier stress level as they were learning on thier own and some lessons and activities is not easy to comprehend.

By signing this petition, you are helping to raise awareness about the mental health issue that the students are facing at the present. Your sign will be a great help in achieving our goal, which is to raise awareness and and it will be a one big step to address this issue. Remember, your sign matters.
