For almost over 4 years now me and my family have suffered in a home that has uncomfortable and failing apart. Every time it rains water has poured into my room through the window so much it gets in the ceiling causing water damage and mold. There for some reason has been holes drilled into the side of our apartment allowing birds inside the walls that are so loud I cannot allow my child to sleep in the room when she is born and will need to move her crib into my room (currently pregnant). Our bathroom had mold in it for moths and it took SO MUCH just to get it fixed. Everything is being rigged up and painted over and ignored. The neighbors are causing property damage and very young children are seen in the streets constantly with no parental supervision. My mom is going through a bankruptcy and they are using this to their advantage knowing we cannot currently move or get out of the situation causing us to suffer constantly. Stray cats roaming the neighborhood chasing disgusting garden snakes into people’s homes causing my mom severe anxiety and panic she has a real phobia of snakes and has been unable to enter her room at times due to snakes. We were even told our neighbors are experiencing similar issues a women on bed rest had water just flooding in her home and was not able to do much. I will be going and discussing with my neighbors to see what other things they’ve experienced. Calling the office has sometimes resulted in getting a attitude or empty promises most of the time my calls have been ignored completely.
