We demand that all police or law enforcement personnel in the United States be legally prohibited from using choke holds or any hold that cuts off the breath of a person being arrested, restrained, subdued or incapacitated.  The law will be called the George Floyd Law in honor of George Floyd and will carry criminal penalties as well as permitting civil suits against offenders.
