January 6th 2021, will go down as a day that proved to the world at large any semblance of American democracy is on the speeding faster towards its end. Protestors stormed the US Capitol with the intention of causing chaos unchecked and preventing the certification of the Biden Campaign. Multiple sources across news outlets and on social media are displaying pictures of the Capitol Building Occupiers desecrating federal property with wanton abandon and as of writing this, the life of one woman has been lost. What I am calling for in this petition is as follows.

1.Invocation of the Sedition Act.
     Invoking the sedition act and utilizing a full canvas of social media to use any planning carried out on the web as seditious action, further utilizing facial recognition technology to aid in the apprehension of prominent protestors (i.e people prominently featured in photos) to be charged with Treason. If the protestors are found to own businesses they would as well be subject to severe civil penalties (Including but not limited too: Government Seizure of Business, Large Scale Fines, Punishment of the Accused Families (removal of children from state ran colleges etc)

2.Invocation of the Insurrection Act.
      Deploying the National Guard to remain within Washington DC until February the 15th to work in conjunction with Capitol Police, and Secret Service to enable long term transition of power to the Biden administration. Making anyone protest turned violent in Washington DC a federal crime

3.Charging Donald Trump.
        Due to the cult-like mentality of Trump supporters involved in these protests and the presidential Inability to condemn the actions carried out today, make the current sitting POTUS culpable. If this petition goes to Washington before the 20th of January, Naming the president as the Inciter of the Riot, removal of full prosecutorial immunity, and subjecting the president to charges of treason. If this Petition goes to Washington after the transition of power, Charging the president emeritus with Treason.
