The goal of this petition is to diminish the wealth gap, bring order to over-policed communities, strengthen the dollar of our denationalized population still enduring subjugation in the midst of a pandemic, and restore faith from citizens to the government in the United States. The so-called African American, yet a denationalized people of the United States want the United States to be great (and so do many other population groups living within the boundaries of this country), have a long history of enduring injustices on a human rights level for centuries before and after the creation of the United States. This is evident in statistical and scientific research collected on the disparities plaguing our denationalized communities across this epic country called the United States. It is the demand of We The People for the United States of America to atone for our crimes against humanity and our own citizens to make a hopeful future and inheritance of our children. The 5 civilized tribes that signed treaties in 1866, still do not include Freedmen in their received reparations, also have atonement to account for, and should also be sanctioned to include these Freedmen descendants into these tribes.

My proposal is that the United States Congress sanction the companies that have earned initial profits from unwaged labor to set aside the 13% of company stocks so that dividends are paid quarterly and individually to the denationalized people that are descendants of the so-called Negros. If these companies refuse to comply, tax breaks will be revoked.

Tribal governments also have treaties allowing for reparations, and excluded Freedmen from receiving them. The U.S. government should revoke all tribal reparations until Freedmen are included, which was stated in the original Treaties of 1866.
