Susan Turner started this petition to United States Congress

Donald Trump was responsible for inciting a group of rioters to breech the Capitol on January 6th 2021.

What are the options to hold him accountable? The Vice President can invoke the provisions under the 25th Amendment. Congress could start the Impeachment process.

And I believe there’s a better way. All of us are faced with two choices, both of which are lousy. And so I endeavored to look for door number three, a third option.

Please join me in urging Congress to pass a resolution to extradite Trump to Iraq.

As reported by the Associated Press “An arrest warrant was issued Thursday for outgoing President Donald Trump in connection with the killing of an Iranian general and a powerful Iraqi militia leader last year, Iraq's judiciary said.”

Further “the warrant was issued by a judge in Baghdad's investigative court tasked with probing the Washington-directed drone strike that killed Gen. Qassim Soleimani and Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, the court's media office said. They were killed outside the capital’s airport last January.”

The arrest warrant is for a charge of premeditated murder, which carries the death penalty on conviction. Trump should be extradited to Iraq as soon as possible to resolve this issue.

We can send Trump for a 10-day emergency audit, consider the evidence, and resolve the claims. For those who say there is no evidence, then you should rest in comfort if that’s the case. Trump will be home soon.  But for those who respect the Iraqi people simply telling them go jump in a lake, the fact that you have deep concerns is of no importance to us, that jeopardizes, I believe the legitimacy of this legal arrest warrant.

Let’s do the right thing and give Trump his day in Iraqi court.
