We the American people need to insist Nancy Pelosi step down as Speaker of the House. She is a disgrace to our Country. Not only did she offend me, she offended millions of Americans on 2/4/2020 when she blatantly tore up the President's State of the Union speech. She tore up our hopes, our dreams, our better economy, our military, and honorees personal stories. She destroyed a public record of the United States Government, therefore should be tried in a court of our peers and prosecuted!

Our law as stated in the U.S. Constitution: 18 U.S.C. § 2071(b)— specifically directed at custodians of public records. Any custodian of a public record who "willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys (any record) shall be fined not more than $2,000 or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States." While the range of acts proscribed by this subsection is somewhat narrower than subsection (a), it does provide the additional penalty of forfeiture of position with the United States.

Nancy Pelosi and her lynch mob have tried to destroy the character of my President and she should be held accountable for the disrespectful and defiant actions she displayed.
