Charge President Trump with Treason For Misuse of Power Against U.S. Citizens

President Trump has violated the rights of United States Citizens by using their own Military forces meant to protect them as a weapon against them to undermine and interfere with their peaceful protesting rights under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. On June 2, 2020, he ordered Military police personnel to use teargas, force, and a military helicopter to Intimidate, Harass, and stop their protest attempts, by forcibly removing them from their location. This misuse of power and our military not only violates the First Amendment rights of U.S. Citizens, but also violates a United States federal law signed on June 18, 1878, by President Rutherford B. Hayes. The purpose of the act – in concert with the Insurrection Act of 1807 – which limits the powers of the federal government in using federal military personnel to enforce domestic policies within the United States. By Committing these acts, President Trump should be charge with Treason, for betraying the federal laws of our country, and misuse of power against U.S. Citizens on American Soil.
