بعد الانفجار الذي هزّ بيروت وذهب ضحيته عشرات الشهداء والجرحى والمشرّدين، وبعد الدمار الذي لحق بالمدينة. 

وبسبب غياب ثقتنا بالمسؤولين الذين تسببوا نتيجة اهمالهم بهذه الكارثة، بعدما تبيّن ان الانفجار ناجم عن تخزين مواد شديدة الانفجار بدون ادنى شروط السلامة 

نطالب بتشكيل لجنة تحقيق دولية باشراف الامم المتحدة لتبيان الحقائق حول هذه الكارثة ومعاقبة جميع المتورطين بما يتناسب مع حجم النكبة الانسانية ووفق قوانين حقوق الانسان

Following the explosion that shook Beirut and caused dozens of martyrs, wounded, and homeless people, and following the destruction of the city,

Also, due to the absence of our trust in the officials who, by their negligence, have caused this disaster, after it turned out that the explosion was due to the storage of highly explosive materials without the minimum safety conditions,

We demand that an International Commission of Inquiry supervised by the United Nations be formed, to reveal the facts about the disaster and to punish everyone involved,commensurate with the size of the human catastrophe, and in accordance with the human rights law.
