We the undersigned peoples of our World, conscious of the need to avoid a single death as a result of the presidential election in Kenya scheduled for October this year, by appending our signatures below, signify our respective and collective call on the UN Secretary-General and the African Union Commission Chairperson to individually and jointly use the moral suasion of their respective organisations to proactively offer all possible support and assistance to the Kenyan electoral authorities to ensure a transparent electronic transmission of the popular will so that the presidential election could be seen as free, fair and credible and thereby guaranteeing a break from perennial and avoidable deaths as well as loss of properties arising from electoral contests in Kenya.
