To the Secretary-General of the United Nations  

His Excellency Mr. António Manuel de Oliveira Guterres  

 

Your Excellency, Secretary-General Guterres:  

   

Good afternoon. First of all, I would like to share with you, that I was born and raised a Cuban citizen under its current Communist dictatorship, the Republic of Cuba. I am not a politician, nor are my intentions to reach out to you political in nature; they are strictly for the good of Cuban humanity, and the humanity of the world. 

I am a self-taught artist, who was not allowed to pursue my formal studies at the Higher Institute of Cuban Art (ISA) because I did not fully sympathize with the political views of Cuba's Communist Party, which vetoed me from developing my career as a painter in my native land.

For these reasons, I left my country in 1989, the same year the great nation of the United States of America lifted its lamp beside the golden door, that opened wide to welcome me to my new home, and grant me asylum.  

My name is Josignacio. I am an American citizen, and am not only a Cuban immigrant that followed my dream to pursue a better life here in the United States, I am also akin to the great civil rights activist, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., that had a larger dream for more of the people. My larger dream, the same dream as the vast majority of my Cuban compatriots, my cultural brothers and sisters inside and outside the island of Cuba, is to enjoy the reality of becoming a free and democratic society in which human and civil rights are not only respected, but are revered.  

With my utmost respect and humility, I immediately address this by asking the UN General Assembly to please urgently create a commission, for the first time in history, recognizing with legitimacy of a total virtual nation, with the same rights, responsibilities, and duties of a nation with physical territory, but virtually, especially because we already exist in the virtual universe. 

Most countries and governments in the world are aware of our horrific history, that the country of Cuba was kidnapped by a group of political criminals and liars. Headed by Fidel Castro in 1959, this takeover was instituted with force and terrorist methods against the will of its people. Unfortunately, more than six decades later, it is still in effect today.  

Although virtual, we want to officially be proclaimed a legitimate and sovereign state called The Free and Democratic Republic of Cuba. Our motto is "Homeland and Life!" Our army is our Faith. Our police is our Ideology.  

Since 1959, Fidel Castro divided the Cuban people into two. One, the Cubans who continue to live their lives on the island of Cuba, the actual Republic of Cuba. Two, the Cubans who stripped of their material and birthplace assets, fled to exile all over the world; most now living in the United States of America, mainly in the city of Miami, Florida.

We constitute a diaspora similar to that of the Jewish people, and like them, we want our historic date: May 14, 1948. We would like the virtual establishment date of The Free and Democratic Republic of Cuba to be as soon as possible. Also, to be noted, unlike the current tyrannical Castro-communist government that oppresses people, we, The Free and Democratic Republic of Cuba, the Cubans advocating for freedom, recognize the State of Israel.

Our virtual nation, The Free and Democratic Republic of Cuba, is at the virtual location, CubaVirtual.org on the internet. We are not appealing for political complicity; we are appealing for free Cuban humanity to be recognized as its own entity by the member states of the United Nations.

Over the last sixty years, the world has witnessed the Castro doctrine diffusion agenda. This cancer cell called Castro-communism began in Cuba, and metastasized into the populations of Latin America with the goal of attracting and enlisting new sources of support. In each country it has penetrated, however, it has brought the same destruction, misery and disaster experienced in Cuba. They penetrated Venezuela and destroyed it. They penetrated Nicaragua and destroyed it. 

It is well known how much aid Castro-communism has received from the former Soviet Union, estimates reaching more than one hundred billion USD in thirty years. And I wonder, what did Fidel Castro do with all of these funds? How much of it did he invest in the Cuban people? The answer is simple: nothing at all. He spent everything on exporting his revolution, on his weapons and army personnel to create and train all the guerrillas and insurgent terrorists around the world, in addition to documented proof of his full involvement in worldwide drug trafficking. 

Everything mentioned above are well documented and confirmed facts. Proof of this is how the former president of El Salvador, Francisco Flores Pérez, in his speech at the X Ibero-American Summit, held in Panama City, Panama on November 17 and 18, 2000, publicly confronted, denounced and unmasked Fidel Castro, his inhumane evils, and more.

The Castros have been spreading their terrorist networks on American soil and in all of the other developed countries of the first world, by recruiting tens of thousands and perhaps even millions of people, many ignorant, and indoctrinating them with their lies, to propagate and manage public opinion in their favor, perpetuating themselves and their chosen elite into continued power. 

They are constantly strengthening ties with many other terrorist groups worldwide, and publicly, shamelessly and with impunity, have given a false sense of paradisiacal refuge on the very island they so negatively appropriated. And I wonder, how long will this last?

First the Cuban takeover was headed by Fidel Castro, and then continued by his inherited brother-in-power, Raúl Castro. Now after over sixty years, a new Castro-communism designee, Miguel Diaz Canel has been specifically chosen into power, not democratically elected by the people themselves. Yes, this new Cuban president is a so-called “Proclaimer of the Continuation.” And I wonder, yet again, for how long will this continue?

Humans have demonstrated the ability to quickly adapt to any type of environment that comes their way. Proof of this has been the Covid-19 pandemic. Overnight, humanity worldwide adapted to wearing masks, keeping distance, and staying and working from home, as the pandemic continued its unstoppable movement. Despite all the damage it has caused, Covid-19, however, has taught us a valuable lesson, that indeed, the internet is without a doubt, the best way to do business and interact with each other in today's world. It has also united us through global consciousness, and reminded us that we are one human race, and that a problem for one is a problem for all. 

That said, we must now advocate for the welfare of humanity once and for all. One human being at a time, one region at a time, one country at a time, and in our case, The Free and Democratic Republic of Cuba at this time. We must create a global consciousness on a personal level to end the extreme misery in which most of humanity lives, and eradicate Communism from the face of the earth, once and for all.

We, the lucky ones who are able to live in this great developed country, the United States of America, the leader of the first world, and the leader of free world, are part of a wonderful melting pot of almost all of the nationalities of the world, that have been welcomed and accepted into this country as citizens. Fundamentally, those of us who have suffered first-hand what it's like to live in terrible and deplorable conditions, who have had to leave our native countries fleeing from communism, must be the standard bearers of this pro-human movement, simply out of gratitude to God and to this great nation, which is, in fact, the one that helps the neediest people in the world.  

It is a proven fact that the communist system is a disaster, a system that does not work in favor of its citizens. It has never been successful because it is a great scam. You will always see people fleeing communist regimes, not the other way around. Personally, I have never seen Cubans flee North America to Cuba because of capitalism, except for the few who have committed crimes here and taken refuge there. And again, there are only a few, because in general, they prefer to be imprisoned in the United States than be free in communist Cuba.  

And wherever we Cubans have emigrated since 1959, we have been of benefit and not of burden to the countries that have received us. We are entrepreneurs, fighters and dreamers. Wherever we have settled in the world, we adapt to its laws, while still maintaining our identities, our Cuban traditions, and our pride in being Cuban. Proof of this are these descendants of Cubans who have managed to integrate and position themselves within the United States government, including Senator Bob Menéndez, and Senators Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio, the latter two who have also run for President of the United States. Wherever we have established ourselves, we have succeeded, anywhere except in our own country. And yes, we are ready and yes, we want the change. 

Many people have made a lot of money at the expense of the socio-political situations of third world countries. This is especially apparent in communist Cuba, where all of the profits of the unscrupulous corporations doing business with the dictators, go to the ruling elite, only to perpetuate themselves in power while enslaving the people. Cuba is not blocked as the powers-that-be constantly proclaim to the world. No, the Cuban blockade is the government itself against its own people.  

All Cubans, the majority of the oppressed on the island, and those of us who live in exile, have the urgent need to have a voice and a vote in the UN as a state independent of the current Castro-communism government of the island. It needs to be a state with a clear and well-defined socio-economic-political agenda, ready to rule with sovereign power once we achieve our stated objective. We have been under this oppression for more than six decades. We are not heard. We are not respected. We are not taken into account at all.  

The Free and Democratic Republic of Cuba is a nation made up of people who have the same interests, and the same ethnic origin. People who share the same history, the same culture, customs and traditions, the same Cuban heritage, and the same desire to eradicate our country of this terrible dictatorship. 

We are no longer the 15% of the population living in exile. Today the majority of the total existing population of Cubans support the same desire for freedom that The Free and Democratic Republic of Cuba raises, as evidently demonstrated by island's resident population on July 11, 2021, when it spontaneously and massively took to its streets to shout, "FREEDOM," and "DOWN WITH THE DICTATORSHIP!" 

Thanks to a handful of YouTubers, such as Alexander Otaola, whose daily activism, together with the legendary Cuban musician Willy Chirino and the more recently popular Yotuel, as well as Cuban activist for freedom and human rights, Rosa María Payá, the activist daughter of Oswaldo Payá, murdered in 2012 by Cuban government, cell phones in hands were taken to the Cuban streets, creating a cohesive convening power never seen before in the more than sixty years of communism on the island, that subsequently dominated the international media channels on every platform. 

What was the response of President Díaz Canel? He ordered the armed Cuban military to attack, arrest and kill his defenseless people. This is why the internet is so vital for Cubans in the island, it is through it that they can let us know what’s really happening in their streets, not what the government is telling to the world, and consequently why social media is the new weapon of this era, and why we, the oppressed, must exploit it to its maximum in our defense.  

Cuba, one of the greatest paradises on the planet at one time, today is a severely suffering third world country with no relief in sight. We still however can lay claim to being a first world historical culture, specially before 1959. Fidel did not create our great José Martí, nor Alicia Alonso or Wifredo Lam, or the great Celia Cruz, or the incomparable Benny Moré. Nor did he create the mambo or Pérez Prado, or the Cha-Cha-Chá of Enrique Jorrín, or Willy Chirino, or the comedian Guillermo Álvarez Guedes, or the actor Andy García, or Desi Arnaz, or the world-famous chess champion José Raúl Capablanca. In the field of medicine, neither Castro’s revolution created Dr. Carlos J. Finlay, epidemiologist is recognized as the pioneer in determining that yellow fever was transmitted by the Aedes Aegypti mosquito. Fidel's famous revolution didn't create these other Cuban luminaries either: Guillermo Cabrera Infante, Alejo Carpentier, José Lezama Lima, Delia Fiallo, Ramón Fonst, or Eligio Sardiñas Montalvo, better known as Kid Chocolate. The Cuban revolution didn't even create Fidel himself. It just laid the foundation for him to fuel and grow his international network of brainwashing, militia growth, arms funding, drug dealing, killings, and multi-generational destruction and harm.

Cubans as a population are full of the most noble, hospitable and friendly people on the planet. Despite family separations, the worst suffering of all, underneath this and other present uncertainty and misery, we still have a happy flame. A playful and festive spirit lives in our hearts, and our flames will forever remain alive and indestructible.

The Free and Democratic Republic of Cuba, as happened with the two Germanies, is focused on breaking down our wall. Our wall however is not made of concrete, it is made of our ideologies. Once we achieve our goal, we will again be a united Cuba, and a unique and prosperous Cuba, where the concept of a free country, and "Homeland and Life!" as our motto will reign supreme. It will be a safe and happy place for all of our citizens, where our laws will be governed for the good of all Cubans, by our own constitution, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights issued by the UN General Assembly will carry forth to our nation too.

The government of The Free and Democratic Republic of Cuba has been established as a government whose leaders are each Cubans with one goal in mind, to liberate our nation from Castro-communism. Our ambassadors, our voices before the world, will be those who have the capacity to do so; and who in the name of the government of The Free and Democratic Republic of Cuba, will vocally manifest themselves in favor of our ideals. It is also necessary for us to have a leader. He or she will be democratically elected by our people, with all of the rights related to freedom of speech and the freedom to vote. And here I'd like to make it very clear, that it is not my interest or intention to be that chosen one. I just want to outline our objectives and leadership positions that ultimately will be filled by the most highly qualified Cuban people for these respective functions. These people will become our world voices. God willing, I will to continue to paint. 

The Free and Democratic Republic of Cuba opens its doors to all citizens of the world who advocate for peace, justice, freedom, democracy, and respect and reverence for human rights. It will cease to exist once it achieves its objective in history, which is to free Cuba from the tyrannical dictatorship of Castro-communism. Once a Cuban government of partisan plurality is established freely and democratically by election by its people, Cuba will fully unite and become a nation for its people. 

In summary, The Free and Democratic Republic of Cuba will cease to exist once our three essential rules are working perfectly and actively in our country.  

 

Our three essential rules are:  

 

I - Transition from a tyranny to a state of law and full democracy.  

II - Immediate release of all prisoners of conscience / political.  

III - Respect and compliance with the letter of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, therefore, a free press and a multiparty platform for free elections.  

 

We encourage all citizens of the world, who truly care and can, to do the same for their countries, especially in the name of their loved ones that were left behind under similar dictatorships. This is a noble idea worth spreading around the world. If we all get involved, and we all help each other, the load will become less heavy, and our historic common goal will materialize much faster. I also believe we will be blessed by God along the way, because this is what He wants us to do. 

In closing, please note that my love for others is my strongest argument in favor of my faith. So, I will end this open letter with one of Jesus Christ's most widely used phrases from the Bible, that all the religions of the world use, even the non-believers, who are still good people. 

   

And I quote: John 13:34, A new commandment I give you: Love one another; as I have loved you.

Al Secretario General de las Naciones Unidas

Excelentísimo Sr. António Manuel de Oliveira Guterres.

 

Su Excelencia, Secretario General Guterres:

 

Ante todo, deseo dejarle saber que soy un simple ciudadano cubano que nació y creció bajo el gobierno dictatorial actual de la República de Cuba. No soy un político, soy un artista plástico autodidacta al que no le fue permitido cursar estudios formales en el Instituto Superior de Arte cubano por no simpatizar plenamente con la línea política del Partido Comunista del mismo, lo que me vetó el desarrollo de mi carrera personal como pintor en mi tierra natal.

Por estas razones tuve que abandonar mi país en 1989, año en el que esta gran nación llamada USA, levantó su lámpara junto a la puerta dorada, me acogió en sus brazos y me concedió asilo.

Mi nombre es Josignacio, un inmigrante cubano más que persigue una vida mejor, siguiendo sin necesidad de esconderme, mi sueño, porque al igual que ese gran activista de los derechos civiles Martin Luther King Jr: yo también tengo un sueño, el mismo sueño de la gran mayoría de mis compatriotas hermanos y hermanas, dentro y fuera de la Isla que queremos se convierta en realidad: una sociedad libre y democrática en la que se respeten los derechos humanos y civiles.

Me dirijo con todo mi respeto y humildad a la Asamblea General de la ONU para que, con carácter urgente cree una comisión para que reconozca con legítimo derecho, por primera vez a una nación totalmente virtual de la misma manera, derechos y deberes de una nación con territorio físico, ya que nosotros ya existimos en el universo virtual.  Ya la mayoría de los países y gobiernos han concientizado la triste realidad histórica de que nuestra tierra fue secuestrada por un grupo de delincuentes politiqueros y mentirosos encabezados por Fidel Castro en 1959, que ha estado gobernando a través de la fuerza y de métodos de terrorismo de estado en contra de la voluntad de su propio pueblo por mas de seis décadas.

Queremos lograr que se nos proclame oficialmente como La República Libre y Democrática de Cuba como un estado legítimo y soberano.

No tenemos la tierra, pero tenemos lo mas importante: tenemos a su gente que, aunque de manera virtual por el momento si representamos un poder político y social fruto del deseo de una inmensa mayoría de cubanos que vivimos dentro y fuera de la Isla. Nuestro lema es: ¡Patria y Vida! Nuestro ejército y nuestra policía serán nuestra Fe y nuestra Ideología.

Al pueblo cubano desde 1959 Fidel lo dividió en dos, los cubanos que habitan en la isla de Cuba, La República de Cuba y los cubanos que, despojados de todos sus bienes materiales, morales y espirituales, unos forzados y otros desesperados, optaron por el exilio por todo el mundo, la mayoría de los cuales radicamos en los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica, fundamentalmente en la ciudad de Miami, Florida. Constituimos una diáspora bastante similar a la del pueblo judío, y al igual que ellos, queremos nuestra fecha histórica, queremos en este 2021 nuestro 14 de mayo de 1948.

A diferencia del Gobierno Tirano Castro-Comunista actual que oprime a nuestro pueblo, nosotros, los cubanos que abogamos por nuestra libertad, los ciudadanos de La República Libre y Democrática de Cuba si reconocemos al Estado de Israel.

Nuestro país virtual se llama La República Libre y Democrática de Cuba y nuestra ubicación territorial es CubaVirtual.org en la infinita internet.

Y no por un problema de complicidad política, pero si de humanidad, aspiramos ser reconocidos por los Estados Miembros de las Naciones Unidas.

Gran parte del mundo ha sido testigo de la agenda de difusión de la doctrina Castrista, y en cada país que han penetrado han traído la misma destrucción, miseria y desastre. Penetraron Venezuela y los destruyeron, penetraron Nicaragua y lo mismo, esa célula cancerosa llamada Castro-comunismo ha hecho una metástasis desde Cuba, fundamentalmente hacia los pueblos de América Latina, con el objetivo de captar fuentes de apoyo.

Es bien sabido cuanta ayuda recibió de la ex Unión Soviética estimada en más de cien mil millones en treinta años. Y me pregunto, ¿qué hizo Fidel Castro con eso? ¿Cuánta de esa ayuda invirtió en su pueblo? La respuesta es simple: nada. Todo lo gastó en exportar su revolución, en el armamento y el personal del ejército para crear y entrenar a todas las guerrillas y terroristas insurgentes en todo el mundo que han probado su enrolamiento en el narcotráfico.

Todo lo antes mencionado esta probado, documentado y confirmado. Y prueba de esto, es cómo el que fuera presidente del Salvador Francisco Flores Pérez en su intervención en la X Cumbre Iberoamericana, realizada en Panamá los días 17 y 18 de noviembre del año 2000, confronta, denuncia y desenmascara a Fidel Castro.

Los Castro han estado extendiendo sus redes de terror en suelo estadounidense y también en todos los países desarrollados del primer mundo al reclutar a miles de personas ignorantes adoctrinándoles con sus mentiras para manejar estados de opinión a su favor, para perpetuarse a sí mismos y a su élite en el poder, constantemente están fortaleciendo los lazos con todos los grupos terroristas existentes, y de forma pública, descarada e impune, les dan refugio paradisíaco en la Isla de la cual se apropiaron. Y me pregunto, ¿hasta cuando? Primero Fidel Castro, luego su hermano heredado Raúl Castro y ahora remitió a su designado, no elegido por el pueblo, el presidente “Proclamador de la Continuación”, Miguel Díaz Canel. Y me pregunto de nuevo, ¿hasta cuándo?

Los humanos hemos demostrado la capacidad de poder adaptarnos rápidamente a cualquier tipo de entorno que se nos presente, prueba de ello ha sido esta pandemia denominada Covid-19. De la noche a la mañana, la humanidad se adaptó a usar máscaras, mantener la distancia, quedarse y trabajar desde casa y el mundo continuó su movimiento imparable. Esta pandemia de Covid-19, a pesar de todos los daños que nos ha causado, nos ha enseñado que efectivamente, Internet es, sin duda alguna, la mejor forma de hacer negocios e interactuar entre nosotros a través del mundo actual. Esta tragedia en sí misma nos ha unido, a través de una conciencia global, que somos uno solo, una raza humana, que un problema de uno es el problema de todos. Y debemos abogar de una vez por todas por el bienestar de toda la humanidad. Un ser humano a la vez, una región a la vez, un país entero a la vez. Los humanos, debemos crear una conciencia global a nivel personal para que finalice la miseria extrema en la que vive la mayor parte de la humanidad y erradicar el Comunismo de la faz de la tierra.

Nosotros, los afortunados de poder vivir en este gran país tan desarrollado y cabeza del primer mundo, del mundo libre, nosotros, que formamos parte de esta gran fusión humana que constituyen los Estados Unidos de America, de casi todas las nacionalidades del mundo que hemos sido aceptados y bienvenidos a este país, y fundamentalmente, los que sufrimos de primera mano lo que es vivir en condiciones terribles y deplorables o tener que abandonar nuestros países huyendo del comunismo, debemos ser los abanderados de este movimiento pro-humano, simplemente por gratitud a Dios y a esta gran nación, que es, de hecho, la que más ayuda a las personas más necesitadas del mundo.

Es un hecho comprobado que el sistema comunista es un desastre, un sistema que no funciona a favor de sus ciudadanos, nunca ha tenido éxito pues es una gran estafa, siempre se verá gente huyendo de regímenes comunistas, no al revés. Personalmente, nunca he visto a cubanos huir de América del Norte a Cuba por culpa del capitalismo, excepto a los pocos que han cometido crímenes aquí y se han refugiado allí. Y nuevamente, solo unos pocos, porque en general, prefieren estar presos en Estados Unidos que libres en Cuba.

Y dondequiera que los cubanos hemos emigrado desde 1959 hemos sido de beneficio y no de carga para los países que nos han recibido, somos emprendedores, luchadores y soñadores. Dondequiera que nos hayamos asentado en el mundo nos adaptamos a sus leyes al mismo tiempo que mantenemos nuestra identidad, nuestras tradiciones cubanas y nuestro orgullo de ser cubanos. ¡Prueba de ello son estos descendientes de cubanos que han logrado integrarse y posicionarse dentro del gobierno de los Estados unidos como lo son el Senador Bob Menéndez y los Senadores Ted Cruz y Marco Rubio, los cuales lograron ser candidatos presidenciales!

Dondequiera que nos hemos establecido hemos tenido éxito, dondequiera menos en nuestro país. Y sí, estamos listos y sí, queremos el cambio.

Mucha gente ha ganado mucho dinero a costa de las situaciones sociopolíticas de los países del tercer mundo, especialmente en nuestro país, donde todos los beneficios de esas corporaciones sin escrúpulos que han estado haciendo negocios con esos dictadores, van a la élite gobernante y de ninguna manera al pueblo, solo ayudándolos a perpetuarse en el poder y esclavizando a nuestro pueblo. Porque Cuba no esta bloqueada como ellos constantemente pregonan al mundo, no, el bloqueo de Cuba es del gobierno contra su propio pueblo.

Los cubanos todos, la mayoría de los oprimidos en la Isla y los que vivimos en exilio, tenemos la necesidad imperiosa de tener voz y voto en la ONU como un Estado independiente del Gobierno actual de la Isla, no mas como un individuo particular. Un Estado con una agenda socio-política bien clara y definida, estado que está listo para gobernar con poder soberano y desempeñar funciones políticas, sociales y económicas dentro de nuestro país una vez que logremos nuestro objetivo citado. Ya llevamos mas de seis décadas bajo esta opresión y no se nos toma en cuenta, no se nos escucha y no se nos respeta.

La República Libre y Democrática de Cuba es una nación compuesta por personas que tenemos los mismos intereses, un mismo origen étnico, personas que compartimos la misma historia, la misma cultura, costumbres y tradiciones, la misma raza (cubanos), y los mismos deseos de librar a nuestra patria de esta terrible dictadura. Ya no somos el 15% de la población que vive en el exilio, no, hoy somos la mayoría de la población total existente de cubanos, pues la población residente de la Isla apoya militantemente el mismo deseo de libertad que enarbola La República Libre y Democrática de Cuba como lo demostró el 11 de Julio del 2021 cuando espontánea y masivamente salió a las calles a pedir a gritos ¡LIBERTAD y ABAJO LA DICTADURA! Gracias a un puñado de YouTubers como Alexander Otaola, que con su esfuerzo y activismo diario han logrado junto a músicos como el legendario Willy y el reciente Yotuel, Rosa María Payá activista cubana por la libertad y los derechos humanos, hija del activista Oswaldo Payá asesinado por la dictadura, y celulares en las manos de los cubanos de la Isla, un poder de convocatoria nunca antes visto en los mas de sesenta años de comunismo en la Isla. ¿Y cual fue la respuesta del presidente Díaz Canel? Ordenar a los militares armados a agredir, matar y apresar a su indefenso pueblo. Internet es vital, en consecuencia, las redes sociales pues son las nuevas armas de esta era. Y nosotros, los oprimidos, debemos usarlo en nuestra defensa.

Somos verdaderamente un país del tercer mundo en todos los aspectos, pero también somos lo que somos desde antes de 1959, un país con una cultura de primer mundo, Fidel no creó a nuestro gran José Martí, ni Alicia Alonso ni a Wifredo Lam, ni a la gran Celia Cruz, ni al incomparable Benny Moré, no creó ni el mambo ni a Pérez Prado, ni el Cha-Cha-Chá de Enrique Jorrín, Willy Chirino, ni al comediante Guillermo Álvarez Guedes o el actor Andy García, o Desi Arnaz, o el mundialmente famoso campeón ajedrecista José Raúl Capablanca, en el campo de la medicina Dr. Carlos J. Finlay, epidemiólogo reconocido como el pionero en determinar que la fiebre amarilla era trasmitida por el mosquito Aedes Aegypti, la famosa revolución tampoco creo a Guillermo Cabrera Infante, ni Alejo Carpentier, ni a José Lezama Lima ni a Delia Fiallo, ni a Ramón Fonst, ni a Eligio Sardiñas Montalvo mas conocido como Kid Chocolate. La revolución cubana no hizo ni al mismo Fidel.

Los cubanos somos una población llena de las personas más nobles, hospitalarias y amigables del planeta. El pueblo cubano ha sufrido lo peor que es la separación familiar, la incertidumbre y la miseria y todavía tiene una llama alegre, un espíritu lúdico y festivo en el corazón, llama que grita a pesar de lo que ha sufrido, esa llama sigue ahí, viva e indestructible.

La República Libre y Democrática de Cuba, como sucedió con las dos Alemanias, está enfocada a derribar nuestro muro, el cual no es de concreto, pero si de ideologías, y lo lograremos para volver a ser una Cuba unida, una Cuba única y una Cuba próspera, donde el concepto de País Libre sea nuestro lema y donde nuestras leyes estén regidas por nuestra propia constitución en bien de todos los cubanos y la Declaración Universal de los Derechos Humanos dictada por la Asamblea General de la ONU.

El Gobierno de La República Libre y Democrática de Cuba ha sido establecida como un Gobierno cuyos dirigentes y líderes, somos cada uno de los cubanos que lo integramos, todos con un mismo objetivo, el de liberar a nuestra tierra del Castro-Comunismo. Nuestros embajadores, nuestras voces ante el mundo, serán aquellos que tengan la capacidad de poderlo hacer; todos aquellos que en nombre del Gobierno de La República Libre y Democrática de Cuba se manifiesten a favor de nuestros ideales. Pero si es necesario que tengamos a un líder, este será elegido democráticamente también por nuestro pueblo, con libre voz y voto. Y aquí dejo bien claro que no es mi interés ser ese elegido, solo quiero que se logre el objetivo a través de gente altamente calificada para esas funciones. Y esa persona entonces será nuestra voz.

La República Libre y Democrática de Cuba le abre sus puertas a todos los ciudadanos del mundo que aboguen por la paz, la justicia, la libertad, la democracia y el respeto a los derechos humanos.

La República Libre y Democrática de Cuba dejará de existir una vez logre su objetivo en la historia, una vez que Cuba sea libre de la Dictadura-Tiránica, una vez que se establezca un gobierno y pluralidad partidista elegidos libre y democráticamente por el pueblo cubano. Así como las dos Alemanias lo hicieron para convertirse en una. En resumen, La República Libre y Democrática de Cuba dejará de existir una vez nuestras tres reglas estén funcionando perfecta y activamente en nuestro país.

Nuestras tres reglas esenciales son:

I-Transición de una tiranía a un estado de derecho y de democracia plena.

II-Liberación inmediata de todos los presos de conciencia/políticos.

III-Respeto y cumplimiento al pie de la letra de la Declaración Universal de los Derechos Humanos, por ende, prensa libre y plataforma multipartidista de elecciones libres.

Alentamos a todos los que pueden y realmente se preocupan, a hacer lo mismo por sus países, por los seres queridos que dejaron atrás bajo dictaduras similares, esta es una idea noble y vale la pena difundirla por todo el mundo. Si todos nos ponemos y todos nos ayudamos, la carga se vuelve menos pesada y la materialización es más rápida.

Dios nos va a bendecir porque eso es lo que él quiere que hagamos.

Debido a que mi amor por los demás es mi argumento más fuerte a favor de mi fe, utilizaré para terminar este escrito una frase de Jesucristo de la Biblia que se usa y es de actualidad en todas las religiones del mundo e incluso en los no creyentes, pero que son buenas personas.
