It is not our choice to choose the country that we were born, but all the people in the world have to have equal opportunity to change their future. The hope of changing the future, is one of the important point of human being.

Migration is a long story, there is different ways that is not in center of this explanation. One of them that consider as a legal way, is to find a job and in this petition, we want to go through the finding job in Sweden.

In first step, we are facing to an un fair label : NON-EU. The first impression, convey feeling of separation.

The NON-EU label means that the people who comes from outside EU needs to wait more to compare to others and they have to face more problem. It determine border between us and others. 

The next step in Sweden is to find an advertisement which has been published at least for 10 days in special plattform in EU/EES due to the higher priority of citizens in EU/EES area. In this way the government claims that they want to be sure that citizens of EU/EES have access to the advertisement which is not obviously the only and the best way of controlling this matter. It means that people with label of NON-EU are not allowed to use and find job in companies websites, or any different social media which are accessible for whole of the world. By disabling public facilities, It make separation feeling and provide unfair situation.

In next step, after two years of working in Sweden and pay taxes and so on, they have to send a request for extending their work permit. They have to find job in the same plattform with same situation one more time, due to the higher priority of citizens in EU/EES area. Again, feeling of separation and unfair situation, even more than first time.

All of this process, from the first step until last step, it conveys separation feeling, and interesting point is the desire of integration from immigrant.

In this petition, we are asking our right as human being. We believe each individual has an identity and right to use own talent in an equal situation. So please do not categorize people by something that is not on their control and please do not disable public facilities by making separations.

2- Please remove the demand of special advertising which disable other public facilities
