We have now the ability to trade one of the most important catastrophe in human history into one of the most important improvement for all of us. Why should Ukraine choose a military positioning between NATO or Russia? Why wouldn't Ukraine choose a complete neutrality from a military stand point (DMZ : De-Militarized-Zone), building a necessary isolation layer between Russia and NATO? Here is the proposal of this petition:

1- Exclude all weapons from the territory of Ukraine, excluding them both from the NATO and Russia ecosystems, enforced by the supervision of UN.

2- Let Ukraine peoples trade freely with any nation on earth, without any interference from any other nation.

3- Enforce this positioning as a UN treaty in order to commit both Russia and most important members of NATO.

We understand that the application modalities may be more complex than the simple ones hereby stated. But we are still requesting the UN to immediately  take the required leadership and submit the spirit of this proposal to Ukraine, Russia and NATO for them to declare an immediate ceasefire in Ukraine and start the negotiations based on this proposal.
