U.N. Security Council should refer Trump/Sessions to the ICC over Family Separation.

Donald Trump's policy decision to separate migrant families at the U.S. border is an act of cynical cruelty intended to intimidate and terrorise vulnerable people who are in desperate need of help. This policy, as enacted by U.S. Attorney General, Jefferson B. Sessions amounts to a Crime Against Humanity under Article 7 of the Rome Statute, as defined by the International Criminal Court (ICC).
Specifically, the policy enacted by Trump and Sessions meets the ICC criteria for Crimes Against Humanity on three recognised counts:
Deportation or forcible transfer of population
Imprisonment or other severe deprivation of physical liberty
Other inhumane acts - specifically the forcible separation of children from parents
The U.N. Security Council should immediately launch an investigation into this matter and, based on the video and audio evidence already in the public sphere, refer both Donald J. Trump and Jefferson B. Sessions to the ICC for indictment.
