UN Security Council
New York, NY 10017 USA
April 20, 2017
We, the Congolese nations, are petitioning the UN Security Council to issue an international warrant, ad hoc, for the immediate arrest of A.K.A. Joseph Kabila, President of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, for crimes against humanity, pursuant to Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations.
As natives of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and signatories of this document, we initiate and introduce this petition for the purpose of bringing charges and prosecuting all individuals and groups claiming to be
"Rassemblement” of the Congolese people, the Presidential Majority of Occupation and the CENCO.
Crimes Against Humanity, Additionally, and in accordance with article 6 and annexes of the Rome Statute, we also initiate and introduce this petition for the purpose of bringing charges and prosecuting crimes committed in organized band or in association with criminals in breach against the sovereignty of the nation of Congo with knowledge and criminal intent to cover the perpetrators of the silent genocide currently taking place in the DRC.
On March 17th, 2012, Fides, an agency of the Vatican in Rome, in its publication denounced the depopulation of the Kivus and its repopulation by foreigners from Rwanda under the cover of operation “Paix Parfaite” (Perfect Peace), conjointly conducted by FARDC (DRC’s army controlled by Rwanda and at the time MONUSCO was under the direction of Mr. Roger Meece, Indeed the reason knowingly the CENCO was part of that mediation was to validate the genocidal, Kanambe, to go over his presidency term, which ended on December 19, 2016, then now Kanambe would have more time for his mission of the Balkanization of the Congo.
On the other hand, the so-called “Rassemblement” of its side plotted against the interests of the people of the DRC, accompanied the famous “Sliding” to the impostor, Kanambe, and to cross the deadline of his mandate which expired in December 19, 2016.
A.K.A Joseph Kabila is responsible for several crimes against humanity, including the Mass Grave of Maluku (Kinshasa) and the current massacre going on in the Kasai.
Kabila has exceeded his term and no longer has a Constitutional right to immunity, since his term ended on December 19, 2016; he continues to illegally occupy the Office in which he currently sits today.
We as a nation are urging UN Security Council to take immediate action and bring Joseph Kabila to justice for the millions of people who died under his rule of occupation of the Kongo.
Sincerely and gratefully yours,
