As of today, it is common knowledge that Haiti is a Country that is in route of collapsing in every way , shape and form. It is also Common knowledge that Haiti is being governed by bunches of criminals and incompetent people.

It is common knowledge that the people of Haiti are being victimized by these Public Officials on a day to day basis and No other Organizations or establishments within the territory can effectively support or rescue the cause of the people against a form of government in which absolute Power is concentrated by a small Clique commonly known as " PHTK" and the actual President being part of that said clique.

It is also common knowledge that the Haitian people along with the international community oppose to the "Constitutional Referendum"  schedule by the administration on 06-27-2021, which will cause irreversible harm to the people of Haiti, further turns the office of the President to that one of a dictator and will eventually be able to free his clique from prosecutions, punishments, harms or losses while in power or afterwards. This long lasting impunity the country is facing must come to an end.

Now, The Haitian American National Association which is an International Organization  set forth  primarily to process consumer complaints where its involved our people concerning products or services rendered by businesses, Organizations or Establishments has  received dozens of complaint against the regime in place regarding the referendum, elections, corruptions in politics and multiple communications made from the Organization was left unanswered at every level. 

As we all know crimes, corruptions are transnational phenomenon that affects societies and economies and considering the obligation of States to promote universal respect for, and observance of Human Rights also, fundamental freedoms. The United Nations Convention against corruptions  which Haiti being a party to it,  was set forth primarily for situations of this sort; whereas, we're diligently asking that you sign this petition requesting the United Nations through their Convention processes to enforce the scope of its application and support the will of the people.
