My name is Zerouali Mohamed, i'm pharmacist in Morocco, i'm fighting against fake Romanian diplomas , used in practicing medicine, and pharmacy in Morocco.

The rector of the university of iuliu hatieganu cluj-napoca in Romania is protecting one fake diploma of pharmacy, he refuses to take action, and makes the authentification of the diploma.

I hold one fake diploma with major and clear falsification, as 23 OKT date, meaning Octombrie  and false signatures of the rector and the dean.

The shape of the diploma is different from the shape of 1997.

I filed a complaint in administrative court against the rector of the university of iuliu-hatieganu, to obligate him to make the authentication of the diploma.

The rector refuses to clarify about the diploma,  claiming that i'm asking about personal information.

I have no evidence that the rector is playing major role in the protection  of this  fake diploma, and the rector is part of this corruption.

The Mass media in Romania is highly influential by government, journalists they refuse to share my story and share the diploma because the rector won't be able to to continuing his protection for this fake diploma.

In Morocco I held a press conference organised by moroccan human rights watch, to speak about this corruption.
