The United Nations defines excellent education as fair and standard education for everyone that promotes lifelong learning and the desire to learn. Not a higher reading rate, but inclusivity and equitability, are the pillars to be kept in quality education. This is a ground-breaking way to understanding education and using it to change the world.

Covid-19 attacked the world in 2020, and education was one of the most crucial factors that suffered. The majority of countries declared temporary school closures, affecting more than 91 percent of the world's pupils.

According to the UN, roughly 1.6 billion students will be out of school by April 2020, with nearly 369 million youngsters relying on school meals. To guarantee that education does not come to a halt during this period, UNESCO has established the following goals:
