Violation of human rights in South Sudan, due to failed State, is rampant. Ethic groups are arming themselves to protect ethnic territorial interests. Ethnic groups clash and cause heinous crimes against humanity. Reports have been presented by UNMISS Every effort that has been delivered under Chapter 7 of the UNSC has not delivered solution. UN Security Council should pass resolution to activate Trusteeship and put South Sudan under Trusteeship.
