Stalking is illegal. Spying is illegal. Torture inflicting another human being is illegal. Psycological warfare is illegal and inhumane. Shocked and Burned everyday and screaming for help and nobody helps you, only call you dellusional and send you to a hospital. People following you and mocking and mimicking conversations you had in private. Causing electrical to malfunction in your home. Breaking in your house, banging on walls, neighbors using microwave weapons, shadowing you from their upstairs apartment. Terrorize you and your family. The weapons used cause cancer & makes you very ill. Covert crime. If you have anxiety, or any mental illness they know they can get away with it. Ruined my life and my mothers life. You go to the police & with no proof it just continues. Then the police think you are crazy. People are told lies about the person & nobody will hire you. You are in fear 24-7 & hide in your home. They want the Targeted Individual to flip out so they look crazy & lile they are the threat or problem, FALSE.  Our human rights have been violated. Our health violated. How they get away w/this is beyond my comprehension. Sad part is they try to turn it around on you, & you have nobody to protect you or stand up for you. I am standing up for my mother & myself. I do not want this to happen to anyone else. So many T.I.'s & so many high ranking, upstanding citizens, criminals go about their lives hurting others. Its all organized, like a system they have. ( This is what ive read, experienced, watched).  Forced, & controlled & degraded and your intelligence insulted. It has slowed down some but it is still happening. Triggers for a lifetime. It needs to stop. Bullying needs to stop. All of it needs to stop and not happen to others. I want to be part of the solution, not part of the problem. "Justice dies behind closed doors" Is this really the land of the "Free"? Authority figures abusing their privaleges because they dont want it to happen to their families?  I just don't know anymote & thats why i made this petition. Please sign it. Thank you!
