Zaniar Zamiran, started this petition to United Nations and

Mr. Antonio Guterres
The Secretary-General of the United Nations:
It’s been several weeks of horror spreading every corner of Afghanistan. massacre, bloodshed, violence, , displacement and oppression are what the peoples of Afghanistan are facing in their homeland. Crime against Afghani people, evidently, is the crime against humanity. Under a cold, killing silence of international community, another retrogressive dictatorial regime is sure to come and another genocide has begun.
Again, Afghanistan is going through the dark days under the black veil of such extremists and Tliban with concrete supports of opportunist and interventionist governments, have invaded the whole country. it seems neutralization of all the efforts towards establishing a modern society, is the only affordable repay for the governments that their plans had turned into a fiasco! Pakistan's presence to suppress the libertarians of Panjshir is the most obvious example.
Expecting any progress towards democracy From an Islamic Deobandi doctrine descendent (Taliban) that their thinking is in stark contrast to human rights, women's rights, freedom, justice, and rationality, is just an irony for Taliban itself let alone convincing different peoples and groups living in Afghanistan. So, such a hollow promise that Taliban has any intention to change its basics is either upon an obvious deception or a naive simplification.
Today’s actions of Taliban with the help of interventionism, is an obvious violation to the subject of Chapter 7 of the UN Charter and is to ignite the whole region into burning flames of civil wars and terrorism again. Moreover, it will set the stage to cut off the feeble foundations of peace, human rights, woman rights and democracy which people of Afghanistan has already paid for with their blood.
Pursuant to Articles 39 to 51 of the charter of united nations, it is necessary for the Security Council to take serious actions, and, legislatively, it is for all members of the United Nations to be against the revival of an inhumane and oppressor system, most of which are non-native fundamentalist and most-wanted terrorists coming from different backgrounds.
The Charter of the United Nations and other international conventions seek to define and establish a framework for ensuring global security and peace, the prevention of war and the realization of fundamental human rights, the equality of rights between nations, majorities and minorities, and the stability of order in the international sphere. But the lack of a proper response and deadly silence in cases such as blatant crimes against humanity raises public opinion with a question as to why international institutions and organizations, led by the United Nations, have not taken decisive positions. It is specifically frustrating for the nations of the region, and if such a trend continues, it will surely diminish the credibility of that organization in solving the problems of the international system.
As can be seen, reportedly, the violation of the rights of the Afghan people and violence against women, the widespread killing of civilians, especially in Panjshir, and the insecurity of the people in the region lead to evident violations of the four Geneva Conventions. action in the context of genocide It is a crime against humanity. Regardless of your current stance about Taliban and what you propose to the world, here we consider it necessary to declare our support for the people of Afghanistan as a group of middle-eastern people, so we call on the United Nations to take urgent and effective action in relation to the following:

1. Do not recognize the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan due to the stone-aged form of seizing power without any reference to the popular vote.
2. refusing any form of assistance to the Taliban.
3. Assist in holding a referendum under the light of international organizations to determine the form of government in Afghanistan.
4. Facilitate the formation of a Loya Jirga, including all religious, ethnic and intellectual groups as a transitional government until a referendum is held.
5. Helping to establish a democratic mechanism for electing state officials and referring to popular votes in determining the pillars of power.
6. Establish a mechanism to provide security for the people in order to prevent the forced migration and displacement of Afghans to other countries and regions.
