South Africa has for the last 10 plus years been in the grip of a criminal cabal who have looted the state resources unhindered. To date, not one person has been prosecuted nor has one person been to jail. 

The Covid 19 epidemic prompted the president to raise a state of Disaster - meaning the government is empowered to act in order to protect both the country and its citizens from the epidemic. This however, has led to state aid only being granted in for example the Travel industry to companies which are not white owned. This constitutes a racial bias against people of a white skin based on BEEE laws. This is both discriminatory and racially discriminatory, they are fully aware of what they are doing. The government will yet again have to be taken to court whilst people suffer. 

We as citizens have been down the local court challenge time and time again over the past 20 years and each time it drags on for years with challenge and counter challenge. This however is different, people are loosing their businesses, their livelihoods, their incomes and cannot afford to pay their staff regardless of their colour. 

It is time we take this to a higher level, this is a humanitarian crisis that has been politicised by the ANC. They need to be made to taken to and made answerable to an international court now, its time to say enough is enough. They need to be charged and they need to be sent to jail for crimes against humanity.
