Sexual Harassment is an ugly truth that is in every part of this world. The very first problem with many Sexual Harassment Laws & Policies is that it often leans towards or against specific genders when the horrifying reality is that it takes place across the gender spectrum - both the victims and perpetrators belong to and from various gender identities. It is time that a Universal Charter is established and all nations which are part of United Nations are urged to accept and apply universal standards on what is Sexual Harassment and how to protect the victims. Sexual Harassment cannot be defined differently for different cultures and nations  - the crime is same, the degrees are same, the pain and impacts are same and so should be the treatment and care for victim and punishment for criminals be - the same.
