Kashmir remained a disputed territory among the two countries of Pakistan and India. Despite UN resolutions, India is consistently sabotaging the rights, access, and freedom of self-determination to people of Kashmir through deployed forces. These armed forces each day are torching local residents, stoping them to even live in a peaceful environment. each day there are several reports that young Kashmiri's are being tortured and them brutally killed by these armed forces.

Two days ago the Indian military used cluster ammunition on the night of July 30/July 31 targeted innocent citizens including women and children in Neelum Valley through artillery using cluster ammunition. The attack left two civilians, including a 4-year-old boy, dead and 11 others were critically injured.

This is a violation of Geneva Convention and international humanitarian law, the use of cluster ammunition is prohibited under the Convention on Cluster Ammunition because of its severe impact on non-combatants.

Today dated August 5th, 2019 the Indian parliament passed a bill through presidential order on sacking article 370 and article 35A which is not only violation to the UN resolution 39 and 47 but also converting Kashmir into the minority.

After removing Kashmir special status, people from all over India can now buy land and get ownership of the land. Through which India plans to reduce the status of the valley. After this bill, they have removed the governor and converted Laddakh too.

Representative leaders have been arrested, some are kept under the house arrest, internet, cable, and mobile networks are shut down. This is a complete prison situation.

Human rights commission, United Nations, President of the United States, European Union, EU parliament, UK parliament, G-7 members, OIC, and all stakeholders are requested to intervene in the burning situation of Kashmir.

Kashmir is bleeding, and calling for help from all sources.
