Change UN public policy that affect families using arbitrary theories

Civil law is used to violate civil and human rights by statesman and judiciary members across the continents. These laws have such wide parameters in decision making that virtually any unorthodox and inhumane decision can be utilized without consequence. Public policy is responsible with self serving interpretations allowed and funded at the public's expense, mentally, financially, spiritually and physically. Furthering corruption at all levels, are the outright violations of free speech and closed courts that regularly engage in frivolous and arbitrary conclusions resulting in family/child estrangement unnecessarily. We want the UN to encourage law changes that would stop the use of gag orders in family and dependency courts across the globe and open up courts to public scrutiny. We further find that the use of immunity with stakeholders is dangerous to the communities allowing all manner of pathological and toxic decisions affecting the family.
