The reason I urge for the accurate representation of data, is that these data can and will tell countries and localities how to prepare for the COVID 19 epidemic. There is an urgency in reducing inaccuracy in order to better combat the growing outbreak. This will have effects on the general population and their capabilities to keep themselves safe from the disease, especially the poor and marginalized.

Misleading or inaccurate data has a lot of dire effects towards the population of the world, as in many countries, it is unsure whether the threat is there or not, or if the country has really managed to contain the population, or if there are clases spreading undetected. Faulty statistics can also have dire effects in terms of containment measures that certain localities and countries need to undertake.

Addendum - I call for the supplying of yeast kits to third world countries, so that they are better able to detect the real amount of cases they have. This will also ensure that these countries with less resources are able to cope with an accurate situation to face and not waste resources or underfund programs needed to combat the epidemic.
