Afghan Nations’ Petition to United States of America and United Nations/International Community

As the former president Mr. Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai was elected through the legal national independent election processes carried out by Afghan nationals at the cost of their lives not through neighboring countries intelligence, support of war-lords, Taliban and puppet political leaders. Taliban sabotaged the peace negotiations held in the Qatar (Doha) by the support of neighboring countries intelligence and collapsed the legally elected government and took over the government forcefully.Taliban is a group that does not follow any international laws and rules; for instance, female education has been stopped in Afghanistan, voice to speak has been banned and human rights have been under stepped every day. Likewise, they do not fit into any platform of ruling government as they are a violent group. They do not have knowledge of facilitatingcitizen’s/human rights and as a result so many children are being facing the misery of malnutrition since they have tooken overand women do not have food to provide their children’s nutrition and that is an evident violation of children rights. Afghan nationals including men and women deem Taliban actions contradictory to international laws and are not legal.

We afghan nationals are occupied by Taliban and we cannot rise our voices; therefore, we want you to defreeze Afghanistan frozen money which is Afghan nationals right and asset. We do not want you to provide us humanitarian aids because the humanitarian activities are linked the frozen money and can resume once its defreeze. Here, we would like to request tofacilitate returning of the former president of Afghanistan by meditating and guaranteeing his safety to Afghanistan and continue to be president until he completes his legally allowed governing period and this will help resumption of our banking system to operate normally, release the frozen money and prevent our country economic from sinking down further and protect human crisis.

Subsequently, independent election process should be executed and the newly elected president would lead the government and the power should be transferred peacefully and legally. Another option could be, to establish monarchy which has been beneficial looking back at the history in Afghanistan. Mr. Ashraf Ghani could lead the monarchy system. Otherwise, Afghanistan economic would further collapse and human crises would definitely occur at its extreme extent and the United States of America and its allies, international community and Taliban will be hold accountable for the predicted undesired results.

In addition, we request you to penalize the groups and the countries - who have been involved in the massacre of Afghan during the last 43 years, and who have helped Taliban overturn the previous government and were involved in taking actions to assassinate the former president and conducting actions to coup, and they wanted Afghanistan to be under influence and an independent state and never had pro-peace establishmentmentality in Afghanistan and these groups and countries have been evident as disclosed by reliable media sources many times – by marginalizing and isolating them in accordance with international laws as war criminals and this could be a lesson for the similar groups and countries for future.

We wholeheartedly request you once again to mediate and assist in returning our beloved president Mr. Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai to Afghanistan. We are confident that your action in this regard will help protect the hopeless and helpless afghan national who does not have rights to speak and raise their voices and cannotprotests to seek their rights at the on-going misfortunate state. This will also help preserve human rights including children and women rights violation and human crises in Afghanistan.
