Ms. Laleh Taherian is an Iranian asylum seeker in Denizli. His wife was arrested by Denizli city police on 13-07-2020 for not having a work permit and was sent to a deportation camp. The United Nations has not provided any financial assistance to Iranian asylum seekers in Turkey, and asylum seekers are forced to work without a permit. Her husband was forced to flee Iran with his wife and children because of the dangers that threatened them in Iran and because they are a religious minority of Zoroastrians in Iran.

My husband was detained on 13.07.2020 for not possessing a work permit in the city of Denzili, and eventually after spending months in the detention camp he was let free by the authorities.
Since we need to have a job to cover the expenses for our life as refugees, and since obtaining a work permit is dependent on the permission of an employer, and based on the fact that in Turkey refugees are known as cheap labor force among the employers, and its clearly mentioned by the employer, before starting of the work that, they will not provide insurance to any foreigners (Yabanci), life has become extremely difficult and unbearable for us.
On the other hand, based on the laws of Geneva Convention in Turkey, work permission is not granted to the refugees and even those who have been accepted by the United Nations or the Immigration Police.

s a spouse and mother of my children, I will be with my husband to protect the foundations of my family, regardless of where in the world he might be, and as the pillar of our life, I do not want to be separated from my husband and children. My husband has exited Iran as a political activist, and he will face great dangers upon returning to Iran, such as imprisonment, torture and execution (hanging). Considering that Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch in Europe, condemn Iran on daily basis for violations of human rights, and based on the fact that in the past four decades of ruling, Islamic republic of Iran has detained, to be more precise , taken hostage, the families of political activist, to enforce maximum pressure on them and eventually arrest the targeted person.

can claim that, me and my children are in great danger of being detained and taken hostage in order to arrest and return my husband to Iran.
While my husband was detained by the Turkey Police because of not having a work permit, they have given the verdict to return us to Iran, despite the fact that I explained to the officer, that we have left Iran because my husband’s life is in danger. The foundation of our family is falling apart, moreover because of this verdict, me and my children are in shock and on the verge of emotional break .down.
