On September 27 of this year, Armenia began another provocation against Azerbaijan. The main target of the occupiers is the civilian population and infrastructure including Trans-European oil and gas pipelines.

Armenia ignores four UN Security Council resolutions calling for the complete, immediate and unconditional withdrawal of Armenian troops from the occupied territories.

On October 7, 2020 Vagarshak Arutunyan, the adviser to the Prime Minister of Armenia for military issues, officially announced during live interview on Russian National TV that military fources of Armenia are deliberately attacking civilians and infrastructure in large cities with rocket fire, as a methode of intimidation and creation of panic. These actions are the real threat to peace and security in the region and leads to further escalation of situation and definately are provocking.
