University Of South Africa is failing to disburse allowances to intended or student beneficiaries. This have been happening each and every year as Unisa Students Funza Lushaka beneficiaries  has to fight with University Of South Africa in order for the institution to release or disburse the allowances. Other Universities have already  release funds to the Funza Lushaka Students beneficiaries.Student have been suffering as majority depends on those allowances. Some need those allowance to travel to schools to do practicals e.t.c
