In this petition, I have chosen Goal 5: Gender Equality. It is all about when people of all genders have equal rights, responsibilities and opportunity in the society. Currently, everyone is affected by gender inequality in this world. Moreover, gender equality prevents violence actions against women and teenage girls. Which societies, valued the women and men as equal are healthier society.  Gender equality are human rights.  To emphasize that gender equality is more important at workplace. This is because most of the workers are effected by the gender inequality nowadays likewise with positions, teamwork and many more. Increased the organizational performances by having the gender equality at the workplace.

Issue faced by women through sexual harassment 
Emotional and physical issues 
are the major problem faced by the women at the workplace because of the gender inequality perception. This because it often suffers from emotional and psychological harm. Including stress, anxiety and depression. Moreover, they may have decreased confidences and self-esteem.
