As we have all seen, Cerebral has been going downhill fast. This company has started shady and exploitative policies/practices including; outsourcing, lying about layoffs, offering "promotions" that don't even cover inflation, and possibly most important is straying from our mission of helping mental health patients in favor of monetary gain.

Due to these negligent and greedy actions, I hope many of you will sign this petition.

Our goal will be to solve the issues such as; increase job security, increase pay to at least match inflation, stop outsourcing of our jobs, and go back to our quality over quantity values.
