The idea any residents of The Union on 6th, should pay their rent in full for the 8/21 and 9/21 calendar month is absurd. Given the leaking fecal water in the basement, the flood in the parking garage on 9/6/21, the constant fire alarms, the toss up between an insecure building and a fortress the residents can't even get into. There is not a single reason to pay the full amount at all. Especially those who were without water days after move in (and nearly a month after paying first months rent). That's to say nothing of the promised amenities; the unfinished gym and yoga studio, the unfinished floors, and complete halt on the construction to build the 4th street entrance.So in signing this you help guarantee the residents only pay for what they actually have access to.
