They are a huge nuisance to surrounding neighbors. They look awful and only money grubbing people want them. They dont care about other or what they truly are destroying.

Preserve our beautiful county! We live here because we love our little part of the world. We were born and raised here , put our heart and soul into our farm. Wind turbines would destroy what we love.

I live three miles downwind from twelve 2.5 MW turbines and in the past six months have just realized my waking up with a headache (and stiff neck and shoulders), tiredness, and memory problems I've been having since the turbines started operating full-time in 2013 are caused by these relatively small, relatively far away wind turbines - when the turbines are off at night my sleep returns to normal and I don't have a stiff neck and headache when I wake up. When the turbines are off for a few weeks and when I travel for work and get away for a couple of weeks, my memory is back to normal. I've posted some information I've found at https://nonapua.com/ and we've been measuring low-frequency sound levels and the discomfort we feel at different decibel levels of low-frequency sound is consistent with the Cape Bridgewater (2014) results (our headaches/sleep disturbance kick in around 45 dB at 8Hz). My google drive with wind turbine noise references including Cape Bridgewater is here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1x2bYkblTkTN_wmeht3eh8Row3tLpmkoO I live on the North Shore of Oahu - our Honolulu City Council is considering a 5-mile wind turbine setback distance and looking into allowing smaller turbines (like 800 kw) to be closer (I think low-frequency sound level increases with blade length, so maybe the smaller ones would be safer).
