SAVE SUGAR AND BOOTS!

Union County courts believe the dogs Sugar and Boots, owned by Dylan Barnes, should be deemed “vicious dogs” (under Union County ordinance no. 06-01) and euthanized after the dogs were discovered on a farm where a miniature cow was killed.
- Lack of substantial evidence was put into place to prove Dylan’s dogs killed the miniature cow. With the uncertainty of what happened to the miniature cow, Dylan tried to do the right thing and payed the farmer $1800 for the cow and $500 for veterinary bills.
- The court now sees Dylan’s payment to the farmer as an admission of guilt and wants to deem Sugar and Boots as “vicious dogs” and euthanize them for an act they may not have committed.
We, the citizens of Union County and surrounding areas, believe the dogs Sugar and Boots (owned by Dylan Barnes) are NOT “vicious dogs.” and are NOT a threat to the safety of the community.
We, the citizens of Union County and surrounding areas, demand the Union County district court judge to NOT require the dogs Sugar and Boots (owned by Dylan Barnes) to be euthanized.
