CMBC has put forward a Vaccine mandate policy that is in direct contravention of our collective agreement. We never signed on at CMBC to have them tell us" get vaccinated or lose your job". On top of that they are harvesting  your medical information.

Recent peer reviewed studies show that within 6 months of your 2nd vaccine you are considered unvaccinated, so there will be boosters they are saying every 6 months.

The Health minister of the UK has just gone on record saying that they will be doing boosters every 3 months.  It looks like there will be endless boosters to keep everone safe at CMBC. Remember even if Vaccinated you can catch covid and spread it with the same viral load as the unvaccinated, so remind me why are we doing this again?
